Our CAT team is broken up into groups of adjusters, who are supervised by one of our CAT managers. Our managers enforce accountability and our clients claims handling procedures to the letter. They monitor our adjusters inventories and performance, as well as examine all closing files to insure that they meet our clients expectations.
