Our Management team has over 50 years of combined experience in the Insurance Industry. Each one of them brings dedication, standards, honesty and energy to this Firm. Their work ethic and interaction with our Clients and Adjusters is simply astonishing. The old saying “A chain is only as strong as its weakest link." We came to a unanimous decision that working together to support the weak link is what keeps the chain strong. As we are all aware this is a constant changing industry in protocols and innovation. Our Management team attends training seminars, staff meetings to keep up with the industry and better serve our clients.
Roosevelt (Rosey) Jackson has been in the Insurance industry for over 30 years, both as a licensed general contractor and an Independent Claims Adjuster. In 1986 Rosey’s Construction Company was one of the first to write computerized estimates and provide them to Insurance Carriers. Also, he wrote countless computerized estimates for one of the big 3 carriers for the Northridge earthquake.
As a Claims Adjuster, Rosey has extensive experience handling Catastrophe Claims, Daily Claims, multi-million dollar commercial losses, large loss residential, condominium master policies some with over $500 million in exposure. Large commercial flood, liability, litigation and appraisals. With an impressive resume that includes many certificates, awards and letters of acknowledgment from Policy Holders and Clients. Rosey also managed 3 Adjusting Firms. For one well known Firm he managed 4 Branch Claims Offices with up to 125 Adjusters working at any given time for one of the big 3 Carriers. He was responsible for deploying, assigning, training and examining reports for the adjusters assigned to him for Catastrophe and daily claims. Rosey’s duties also included; interacting with the Client’s Vice presidents, managers and Staff. His relationships with the clients and care for his Independent Adjusters made him well recognized in the industry.

Oscar Aguilar has been in the Insurance industry for over 25 years as a partner in a Construction Firm and as a licensed Independent Claims Adjuster. Oscar was the head foreman for a very lucrative Construction Company where he supervised many employees and well over 25 sub-contractors. Oscar started out as a Claims Adjuster and because of his vast construction knowledge gained him the respect of his superiors very quickly. Oscar has handled Catastrophe and Daily Claims, commercial losses, large loss residential, Flood and has many certifications and awards. We are honored to have Oscar as our National Operations Manager, his dedication and tireless hard work and work ethics cannot be matched. What he brings to CIAI is absolutely phenomenal, cycle times are met, file quality is immaculate and he builds a trust relationship with our Clients by simply keeping his word.

Billy Haley is our Mid-West/East Coast Manager. He has been in the Insurance industry for over 12 years. His illustrious career began with the infamous California Mold. He was hand pick, trained and jumped right into head first and began handling his claims in a prudent professional manner. Billy later broadened his perspective and enhanced his career by becoming an Umpire and Appraiser. However his main forte and joy is training new adjusters and bringing them into the business. Billy is a stickler for not doing a good job but doing a "great job." He drills this concept into every new adjuster and veteran adjusters alike. Billy is very cognizant that if we don't do a great job we will not be called out again. Billy's marketing and client relationship has earned him a name in the industry. CIAI is glad to have Billy on board.

Raycie Haley is one of our Marketing and Adjuster Development Supervisors. She has been in the Insurance industry for over 5 years. Raycie has worked Hurricane’s Irene & Sandy. She also worked several hail storms and daily claims. She attended Irvine Community College where she majored in business. Raycie brings to the table a great work ethic and marketing skills.

Kourtney Voight is our OCR Manager. She began her career in insurance claims in 2001 as a field adjuster working daily and catastrophe claims. Since 2004 she has worked as an Office Claim Representative (OCR) for several Carriers. Kourtney's great work ethics and dedication was soon recognized and she became a supervisor. Kourtney supervises over 80+ adjusters at any given time she oversees the proper handling of supplement/deferred payments, ALE and contents. Also, she supervises new daily claims from the time reported until conclusion, making sure all cycle times are met. Kourtney also instructs our OCR's on how to handle negotiations with contractors, Public adjusters & homeowners on costs of repairs.

Courtney Jackson is our Human Resources Supervisor. She attended California State University Northridge where she graduated with a BS degree in Psychology. Her duties are to supervise staff members to provide and assist our adjusters for licensing, logistics, training, deployment etc.

Elaina Robledo is our Office Supervisor, she attended College of the Canyons where she graduated with a degree in business. Elaina was employed for 10 years in sales at a very lucrative retail store. Because of her dedication, honesty, attention to details, and tireless work ethic she quickly rose through the ranks and became a manager. Her education and skills caused this store to flourish, through the employees she managed, the store budget and record sales. We at CIAI are very pleased with Elaina as she has continued that same perseverance with us.


Byron Jackson is one our Marketing and Adjuster Development Supervisors. He has been in the Insurance industry for over 5 years. Byron has worked Hurricane Ike, Irene, Lee and Sandy for Wind and Flood. He attended California State University Northridge where he majored in Biology and minored in business. Byron has a Florida & Texas License. He is also CEA and Flood Certifications.

Melissa Acevedo is one of our Senior Clerical and Marketing Assistants. Her background includes working for one of the largest tax preparation firms in the country. Melissa is very conscious of her work and dedicated to putting out a great work product. Melissa was the CEO of a Los Angeles based company where she acquired marketing and management skills. We are very glad to have Melissa working with CIAI.
MANAGEMENT TEAM

Ray Lopez is our Operations Supervisor, he oversees our office staff and Adjusters both Daily and Catastrophe. Ray has been in the Insurance industry for over 5 years. Ray has worked Hurricane Irene, Lee and Sandy for Wind. Ray is Texas Licensed, CEA and Flood Certified. Prior to joining CIAI, Raymond was in management for over 10 years, where he managed over 40 employees.

Hezekiah "Nate" Allison is one of our field and marketing managers. He began his carrier in insurance claims in 2003 working daily and catastrophe claims. His catastrophe experience spans from large scale hurricanes like Isabel, Katrina, Wilma, Ike, Irene, Lee, and Sandy. Nate has also worked multiple daily claims in California and Florida, has been NFIP certified since 2006, and currently holds an adjuster license in Texas, Florida, Louisiana, and Oklahoma.
In 2011, Nate worked 5 states in the wake of Hurricane Irene on the east coast, simultaneously handling wind as well as flood claims. He has successfully handled commercial wind and flood claims ranging from small to multi structure large loss. Prior to the insurance industry Nate was in the IT field as a Network Technician. He has an Associate degree in Networking Technology received from Southern California International College in 2001. Nate brings a joyful environment to CIAI along with his big stature. We are very pleased to have Nate on our Team.
